Apparel Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of applying decorative designs onto fabric using a needle. Embroidered designs offer high-quality, finishing touch to all sorts of materials including hats, sports wear, corporate apparel and more!
Screen Printing
Screen Printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the printing surface. Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.
DTG Printing
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a screen printing method that sprays ink onto a garment using inkjet technology. The inks then soak into the fibers of the garment. DTG is good for high-definition prints that reveal more detail, it's cost-effective for smaller quantities, and no minimum quantities needed.
Heat Press
Heat transfer printing is a newer decoration method. With heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, we print with 5 color laser printer. Any custom logo or design is printed onto transfer substrate and then ink is thermally transferred from the substrate to your fabric using heat and pressure.
